General questions

Email contact@browserpine.com. This is a normal email link; BrowserPine does not use a contact form, captcha, external form service, or contact API.

Bug reports

A clear report helps identify the problem without requiring your source file. Where possible, include:

  • the BrowserPine tool name;
  • your browser name and version, if known;
  • your device and operating system;
  • what you expected to happen;
  • what actually happened; and
  • the steps needed to reproduce the issue.

Sensitive files and email

BrowserPine tools do not need you to email your source files. Files selected for a tool are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to BrowserPine servers for processing.

Email is a separate communication channel and is not part of BrowserPine’s local-processing workflow. Avoid emailing confidential source files unless you intentionally choose to do so and understand that email is not local browser processing.
